Remodeled recently with plush new carpeting, luxury tile flooring, a contemporary Kitchen with all new appliances, countertops and cabinets, this condominium is luxury living at its best! The Living Room is comfortable and lovely and offers a panoramic, Gulf-front view of the Gulf of Mexico through the large glass windows and sliding glass door that leads to the balcony. The Kitchen is fully furnished, spacious and sunny, and faces the Boca Ciega Bay.
The Master Bedroom of this vacation condo rental includes a very comfortable king size bed, beautiful artwork and a spacious balcony(10x30) which directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, sea dunes and palm trees. In fact, a Master which directly faces the Gulf of Mexico, the large Gulf-front balcony and large swimming pool and spa(see next page under Amenities) are two "pluses" that set Ocean Sands and #502 apart from other condominiums.
The Guest Bedroom is very large, accommodating both a queen and a twin bed very comfortably. A queen size pull-out sofa bed is available in the Living Room, as well. A washer and dryer are located just inside the condo for your convenience, as are all the comforts of home including extra linens, towels, area rugs, beach chairs, umbrella, books, and games. Even a full-size crib (with linens), high chair, monitor, and stroller are provided for the little beach-lovers.
